How long does it take to get a custom quote?

Usually under 24 hours. Complicated stuff might take a bit longer. We move fast.

 

How long are estimates good for?

30 days. After that, they vanish and we have to start over. Time is money.

 

What do I do after I get my estimate?

Review it, toss it in the cart, upload your files, and check out. Pretty straightforward.

 

How do I check the status of my quote?

Log in, hit “Quotes” under My Account. Magic.

 

Can’t I just email you everything instead of using the form?

You can. But the form is faster because it forces you to give us all the info we actually need. Emails tend to leave out the important bits.

 

Printing Questions

Will I get a proof first?

Only if you order one. Soft proof via email is free and fast. Hard proof for color-critical jobs costs extra to ship.

 

Files Questions

What file formats do you need?

Press-ready PDF, PNG, EPS, and some JPGs. One-up. With crop marks and bleed. That’s it.

 

What resolution should my images be?

600 dpi. or as close as you can get it. Anything less and it gets fuzzy. We don’t do fuzzy.

Do you keep my credit card on file?

No. Never.

 

Is your website secure?

Yes. Full encryption. Your info stays locked down.

 

Will you share my information?

Absolutely not. We keep it internal. You might get the occasional email from us. Unsubscribe anytime.
